The Challenge
Managing attendance tracking and automated payroll across a large distributed field workforce led to payroll calculation errors, check-in disputes, and operational lag. Field managers spent significant time manually auditing coordinates and cross-referencing timesheets.
Our Solution
We engineered an enterprise-grade workforce platform with real-time geofenced clock-ins powered by Mapbox APIs, a GPS telemetry verification pipeline with offline caching and mobile sync, and automated payroll processing on distributed Redis worker queues.
